Work has restarted on the Blyton Bungalow. We should be ready to open up for guests by the end of February. We have started our picking this time, and we look forward to see if the measures we took last year with the shade lopping in block one and pruning in the blocks 1,2 and 3 has worked in our favour. We will continue to observe the impact in the next season as well, before we draw conclusions.
The Estate Managers Bungalow is also set for a March opening. The bungalow is located on a gentle slope in block 1 overlooking the Brahmagiri Hills in the horizon.
The private estate marking and selections have been done and design discussion on all the 4 estates have been underway. We expect to start with construction here by the 1st week of February.
Our conversations for Poomaale 2.0 are going along expected lines and we aim to start our on-ground execution of this as soon as the seed community shapes up here. This would be a 144 acre coffee plantation and the second wilderness collective from the Beforest stable.
