Cupping is how we taste coffee at Beforest and you too can now learn to do it at home!
You can learn about flavours, aromas and tasting notes to truly appreciate speciality coffee. Join us with Geetu Mohnani, barista champion, founder of All 'Bout Coffee and a bean to cup consultant.
She has advised us from best practices to the right partners in this space and we are here with our best variants, one of which has scored the magical 90 on the cupping scale, to walk you through what makes a coffee speciality grade.
This will be a 1-2 hour session over a Sunday. If you don't have any equipment, worry not, we will send across the necessary instructions and samples by post once you confirm your participation. Limited seats available, so do not delay.
