Due diligence on the short list of options is underway, growing our excitement for this location. With great access and existing infrastructure, it may give us the kickstart that would save us a few months in execution time. We will wait to see how the conversations go on this one. Our seed community has been patient about it as it is an unavoidable part of the collective creation process. We need to take a conservative stance and do full due diligence to ensure the members’ interests are protected. But you can expect an announcement this month.
